Recently, the Hebei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced 488 winning projects of the "2023 Hebei Provincial Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Awards". The Project 2# of Cephalosporin Preparation Workshop (Phase I) of Qilu Antai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Preparation Park, designed by TIANS, won the first prize, and the Animal Health Preparation Project of Hebei Baimida Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. won the second prize. These two honors reflect TIANS's cutting-edge design concepts and leading design level as an engineering design group empowering the industrialization of new technologies. They play a demonstration and leading role in promoting technological innovation in the engineering survey and design industry, improving the level of engineering survey and design, and promoting high-quality development of engineering construction.

The Project 2# of Cephalosporin Preparation Workshop (Phase I) of Qilu Antai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Preparation Park has an annual output of 240 tons of cephalosporin freeze-dried raw materials, 174 million cephalosporin freeze-dried powder injections, and 18.75 million cephalosporin subpackaged powder injections. During the design process, TIANS fully explored the potential needs of users and paid attention to future development trends. It applied many independently developed achievements or advanced technologies at home and abroad, such as full-process automated production, diversified utilization of production wastewater, energy-saving and consumption-reducing technology of air conditioning systems, chain control node technology, and batch formula control technology (Batch). It provided customers with forward-looking design solutions, which were highly recognized by customers.

The Animal Health Preparation Project of Hebei Baimida Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, with a total investment of 220 million yuan and an area of 67.6 mu. In this project, TIANS followed the principles of "applicability, safety, economy, reliability and promotion of sustainable development", emphasized green and energy-saving development, and significantly improved water resource utilization rate, reduced waste and lowered enterprise costs through measures such as a circulating water supply system, rainwater and sewage diversion design, and secondary treatment of drug residues in wastewater. At the same time, the project adopted a fully automatic assembly line and DDC system control to realize full-process automated management, thereby helping Baimida enhance its competitiveness, promote industrial upgrading and economic development.
