Intelligent Instantaneous Sterilizing Equipment is a sterilization equipment that utilizes the principle of short-term high-temperature sterilization, fully utilizes the latent heat of steam, and achieves pure countercurrent heat exchange through a new type of heat exchanger.
This equipment consists of a heat exchanger, a maintainer, an injector, an automatic control system, and other parts. It is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, stable and reliable, easy to operate, and has a sterile rate of up to 99.9%. It is widely used in industries such as fermentation pharmaceuticals, amino acids, enzyme preparations, wastewater inactivation, and food and beverage.
Currently available types include:
Type I - direct heating air consumption Intelligent Instantaneous Sterilizing Equipment;
Type II - direct heating water consumption Intelligent Instantaneous Sterilizing Equipment;
Type III - indirect heating air consumption Intelligent Instantaneous Sterilizing Equipment;
Type IV - indirect heating water consumption Intelligent Instantaneous Sterilizing Equipment.
It is rolled from an entire sheet of plate with no weld seams in the middle. The fully automatic welding causes basically no damage to the plate, does not result in plate perforation, and prevents internal leakage;
The sealing strips at both ends of the heat exchanger are beveled to ensure complete weld penetration and reduce stress. During welding, stress is released from the inside out; after welding is completed, vibration treatment is carried out to release stress, avoiding external leakage.
Make full use of the latent heat of vaporization of steam, with a compact structure, small resistance, and no vibration;
Special flow channel size, high flow rate design and appropriate cleaning scheme prevent material residue caused by long-term operation of particles in the material itself;
Special structure ensures uniform heating and avoids coking and scaling caused by excessive local temperature of materials;
For special materials, an ultrasonic descaling device is added at the material inlet.
Special runner size is selected,on-line cleaning is carried out the structure is compact,no dead comers of materials exist,the resistance is small, no scaling,no coking matter and no material adhesion are realized.
Siemens S7-1200PLC control system is adopted and the touch screen is equipped to facilitate on-site control. The intelligent system can multi-point sample the temperature, pressure and flow value of equipment with a sampling period of 200 ms;
The system judges all temperature, pressure, flow signals and takes corresponding measures. For high-risk alarms, the system forcibly interrupts the process and switches to the safety mode;
The system supports ODBC/SQL standard databases and can provide OPC, DP, and MODBUS interfaces. It can act as a server or a client;
When necessary, it can provide parameters such as protocols and can be connected to the main DCS control system of the fermentation workshop for control.
