The device consists of a heat exchanger, an ejector, a maintainer, an alkali washing tank, a water washing tank, and an automatic control system. It features energy conservation and environmental protection, stability and reliability, fully automatic operation, automatic start-stop, and simple operation. It is widely used in the inactivation of discharge materials from fermentation tanks, the inactivation of materials before canning, and the inactivation treatment of toxic wastewater in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.

Siemens S7-1200PLC control system is adopted and the touch screen is equipped to facilitate on-site control. The intelligent system can multi-point sample the temperature, pressure and flow value of equipment with a sampling period of 200 ms. The system judges all temperature, pressure, flow signals and takes corresponding measures. For high-risk alarms, the system forcibly interrupts the process and switches to the safety mode.The system supports ODBC/SQL standard databases and can provide OPC, DP, and MODBUS interfaces. It can act as a server or a client. When necessary, it can provide parameters such as protocols and can be connected to the main DCS control system of the fermentation workshop for control.
According to the experiment, the effective inactivation time is determined, and the safety factor is added, which is more reliable and energy-saving, and the active wastewater treatment is safer.
The heat is fully recovered in the inactivation process, which is more energy-saving; Do not add acid-base solution in the inactivation process, which is more environmentally friendly.
According to the change of steam pressure, the inactivation temperature and time are intelligently determined to ensure the stable and reliable inactivation effect. Deactivation, cleaning, blowdown and other operations are automatically switched, data such as pressure and temperature are monitored in real time, historical inactivation curves are automatically recorded, and data reports are generated.
