01. "TIANS Model" is formally established

From November 19 to 23, 2025, the "TIANS Model" High-Level Dialogue Conference was successfully held. During the conference, the core values and concepts of the "TIANS Model" were elaborated in a concentrated manner. The "TIANS Model" is a new paradigm of engineering technology that drives the industrialization of new technologies. It takes a comprehensive technological ecosystem with full process-oriented features as the organizational cornerstone, relies on the collaborative operation of the "trinity and three-driven" model consisting of the technology platform, the business division platform, and the project command platform, integrates one-stop service capabilities covering all professions and the entire process, and finally realizes the value commitment of "successful trial operation at one time" to promote the efficient implementation of projects. The "TIANS Model" is not only a breakthrough for TIANS itself, but also an inevitable product of the evolution of the engineering industry to a higher dimension.

02.CCTV 1 Reports | The "TIANS Model" helps the Guangzhou University Biomedical Technology Transfer and Transformation Center project successfully land

In December 2025, the EPC project of the University Biomedical Technology Transfer and Transformation Center (Guangzhou), a key project of the Ministry of Education undertaken by TIANS Group, was featured on CCTV's News Network. This project is an important layout by the country to promote innovation and achievement transformation in the biomedical industry. Located on Guangzhou International Biotech Island, it leverages the industrial, scientific, and educational advantages of the Biotech Island, focuses on cutting-edge directions, and emphasizes the layout of subdivided fields such as "cell gene" and "AI + pharmaceuticals". After completion, the project will significantly enhance the comprehensive capabilities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area in biomedical research and development, pilot testing, and verification, and will have important strategic significance for accelerating the industrialization of scientific research achievements. As the general contractor of the project, TIANS will make every effort to ensure the on-schedule completion of this major innovation infrastructure.

03.Serve the national strategy, solve the "bottleneck" problem TIANS empowers the industrialization of new material projects

In 2025, TIANS Group deeply participated in the construction of national key fields and contributed to solving the "bottleneck" technical problems. In Gansu Juhua High-performance Silicon-Fluorine New Materials Project, the largest industrial investment project in the history of Gansu Province, TIANS, as the EPC general contractor, efficiently promoted the project construction relying on the "Trinity, Three-Drive" operation mode. Its excellent quality was highly recognized by the owner, and it was invited to share its experience. In December, the Tianjin Changlu New Materials Hydrofluoroether Project constructed by TIANS successfully completed the intermediate handover, helping the localization substitution of high-end fluorine materials. From the northwest base to the coast of the Bohai Sea, TIANS is using hard-core engineering technology to build "lighthouse projects" for China's chemical industry and empower the efficient implementation of new productive forces.

04.2025 · The 18th TIANS Technology Forum successfully held

From October 23 to 24, 2025, the 18th TIANS Technology Forum, themed "Breaking Through and Transforming: Collaborating to Create a New Chapter in the Fine Chemicals and Synthetic Biology Industries", was grandly held in Shijiazhuang. It gathered nearly 300 experts, scholars, and enterprise representatives from industry, academia, research, and application fields both at home and abroad to jointly discuss the cutting-edge trends and industrialization paths for the industry's transformation towards high-end, green, and intelligent development. After 18 years of development and accumulation, the TIANS Technology Forum has become one of the international high-end forums that connect global wisdom and lead industrial trends, continuously contributing professional strength to innovative breakthroughs in industries such as fine chemicals, synthetic biology, life sciences, and intelligent manufacturing.

05.TIANS Intelligent Equipment opens a new chapter in going global, achieving a landmark breakthrough in its internationalization strategy

In 2025, TIANS Group's core intelligent equipment was exported intensively, marking a milestone breakthrough in its internationalization strategy. 

In July, TIANS joined hands with Vietnam's D.I.P Company to export cutting-edge equipment such as intelligent instantaneous sterilizers and automatic cleaning machines, empowering industrial transformation in Southeast Asia. At the same time, it made an appearance at CPHI SEA 2025, the largest professional exhibition for pharmaceutical raw materials in Southeast Asia.

In August, TIANS Ho Chi Minh Center was established in Vietnam. As a localized service hub radiating the Southeast Asian market, it aims to further deepen regional cooperation and build an integrated export model of "technology output + local service".

In September, the intelligent instantaneous sterilizer and supporting system independently developed by TIANS were officially delivered to the Shengtai Biological Project in Kazakhstan, achieving a "zero breakthrough" in the Central Asian market. With its leading independent research and development capabilities and high-end integration advantages, TIANS is demonstrating the influence of Chinese engineering and technology enterprises on the international stage through the dual-engine model of "intelligent equipment + technical system".

06.The national standard "Standards for Construction and Acceptance of Clean Factories in the Pharmaceutical Industry", in which TIANS participated in the compilation, was officially released

In April 2025, the national standard "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Clean Workshops in the Pharmaceutical Industry" (GB/T51466-2025), in which TGI Group participated as a core compiling unit, was officially released and came into effect on September 1, 2025. This standard comprehensively regulates key links such as building decoration, clean air conditioning, and installation of process equipment in workshops, aiming to ensure the quality and safety of pharmaceutical production from the source and promote the standardization and technological upgrading of construction acceptance. Four experts from TGI Group, namely Zhou Lanxia, Pan Houchang, Wang Lubo, and Liu Zhefeng, participated in the standard formulation as drafters and reviewers throughout the process, integrating the company's engineering practice experience into the details of the standard. This not only reflects TGI Group's professional strength in the field of biopharmaceutical cleanliness but also marks another milestone in empowering high-quality industrial development with technology.

07.TIANS held the First Annual Summit of Project Commanders

From June 14th to 15th, 2025, TIANS Group held the first "2025 · Annual Summit of Project Commanders". 56 middle and senior managers of TIANS and key members of the project command system attended the conference. With the theme of "Deep Integration, Efficient Collaboration: Building a More Vital Project Command Platform", the conference conducted in-depth discussions on the practice of the "Trinity, Three-Drive" operation model, and emphasized the key role positioning of "Project Commander" as the intersection of project information, the starting point of decision-making, and a compound talent. It gathered strategic consensus and organizational strength for TIANS to forge core competitiveness oriented to the market.

08.The list of candidates for the first "Blue Blood Ten Outstanding" of TIANS has been officially released, with 15 backbone elites selected

On December 29, 2025, TIANS Group officially announced the list of annual candidates for the first "Blue Blood Ten Outstanding". 15 backbone elites from various business units successfully made the list. As TIANS's first cross-cycle progressive honor, "Blue Blood Ten Outstanding" is the highest classto pay tribute to long-termists. As the first batch of selected candidates, they stood out by virtue of their breakthrough contributions in project tackling, technological innovation, market development, and excellent delivery, and will directly enter the final honor review sequence of the group's 30th anniversary celebration in 2028. This marks the official implementation of TIANS's core mechanism of driving organizational evolution through the honor system and paying tribute to the culture of strivers, injecting strong endogenous motivation into the group's progress from excellence to excellence.

09.TIANS initiates the Professional Committee for Synthetic Biology and Biomanufacturing to break the bottleneck from pilot scale to commercialization

On June 25, 2025, the Synthetic Biology and Biomanufacturing Professional Committee of the China Association for Medical Equipment Engineering was established in Shanghai. The committee was co-initiated by TIANS Group, together with Yichang Dongyangguang, Qingdao Vland Biotech, Shanxi Jinbo Biotechnology, and other co-sponsoring units, which all serve as member units of the first session of the committee. Professor Zhuang Yingping, Director of the National Engineering Research Center for Biotechnology (Shanghai) at East China University of Science and Technology, leads the committee and serves as the Chairman of the first session. The committee aims to unite the efforts of industry, academia, and research institutions to jointly focus on and address the core bottlenecks in synthetic biology technology from research and development, pilot-scale testing to commercial production. He Lixiong, Vice President of TIANS Group, serves as the Vice Chairman of the committee, marking that TIANS is deepening its role from an engineering practitioner to an industrial ecosystem builder, and accelerating the high-quality industrialization process of biomanufacturing technology through platform collaboration.

10.TIANS won the PMEC Engineering Design Awards

On June 24, 2025, TIANS Group won the first "PMEC Engineering Design Awards" at the CPHI Celebration Awards, a global pharmaceutical industry event, by virtue of its outstanding engineering design capabilities. This award aims to promote the exchange of technologies and concepts in the pharmaceutical industry, advance the development of engineering design, and empower the pharmaceutical industry.
