Recently, the relocation ceremony of Inner Mongolia Union Animal Health Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Union Animal Health") was grandly held in Bayannur Economic and Technological Development Zone. As the contractor of the second phase project of penicillin sodium for Union Animal Health, TIANS Group was awarded the title of "Excellent Cooperation Unit" for this project due to its cutting-edge design optimization capabilities and high-standard project construction quality. Union Animal Health is the sixth wholly-owned subsidiary of Union Pharmaceutical Group. Established in June 2014, it covers a total area of over 60,000 square meters. It is a first-class domestic leading veterinary drug enterprise that has passed the national GMP certification and is specialized in veterinary drug research and development, production, sales, and technical services. The second phase project of penicillin sodium for Union Animal Health started construction in March 2023, with a planned total investment of 128 million yuan, covering an area of 24,300 square meters and a planned total construction area of 21,062.55 square meters. TIANS is responsible for the installation of process equipment and public system pipelines, heating, ventilation, decoration of purification areas and corridor floors, as well as the automatic control installation of BMS and EMS power systems for the project. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to produce 380 tons of sterile raw material penicillin sodium for veterinary use annually.

Lean Design: A New Benchmark for Intelligent Energy Conservation

A reasonable design layout is an important prerequisite for achieving efficient, low-cost, and high-quality production, and it is the primary pursuit of TIANS's design. In this project, faced with strict restrictions on the floor height and shape of the factory building, the TIANS design team continuously optimized the layout. While ensuring the reasonable flow of people and materials in the workshop and smooth vertical arrangement, it also took into account the workshop's demand for safe explosion venting. In addition, TIANS also focused on green energy conservation to further reduce the operating costs for the enterprise. For example, in this project, key utility projects such as instrument air, circulating water, and chilled water were arranged intensively. This measure not only significantly reduced the number and complexity of utility project pipelines but also effectively lowered the operating costs of the system.

At the same time, the project achieved the whole-process visualization and refined management of BIM technology during the implementation process, which greatly improved the construction efficiency and quality and won unanimous praise from the owner.

Technology Empowerment: Exceeding Customer Expectations

In the process of project execution, integrating technological innovation, conducting in-depth optimization, and providing unique technical support are our value-added services. In this project, due to the requirement of adding steam tracing to some material pipelines, the process technicians of TIANS suggested using the steam condensate near the pipelines for tracing. This not only saves steam consumption by utilizing the waste heat of the condensate but also reduces the overall investment. During the project implementation, when faced with the urgent problem that the 11 purchased vacuum units lacked corresponding low-voltage distribution cabinets, the personnel of TIANS Project Department efficiently solved it with their own technical capabilities and coordination and communication skills, completed the preparation of technical documents within the specified time, and successfully completed the procurement task.
