Corn is a versatile crop that can be used as feed, food, industrial raw material, and more. In recent years, with technological breakthroughs in fields such as biotechnology and enzyme engineering, deep processing of corn has gradually developed sustainably towards greenization, intellectualization, standardization, diversification, and high value-added. Against this backdrop, TIANS grandly launched the corn dry separation sugar production technology at this year's Fermentation Exhibition. This technology can directly process dried corn kernels through physical separation and bioenzymatic hydrolysis technology, achieving efficient separation of corn endosperm, germ, and hull, as well as sugar production.

 

TIANS Corn Dry Separation Sugar-Making Technology Makes a Grand Debut

He Lixiong, Vice President of TIANS Group and Chairman of the Synthetic Biology and Dry Sugar-Making Division, elaborated on the technological process and technical characteristics of the corn dry separation sugar-making technology at the new product launch and technical exchange meeting. He stated that compared with the traditional wet corn sugar-making method, this technology eliminates the corn soaking process, avoids the loss of nutrients in corn along with corn steep liquor, better retains the protein in corn, reduces the cost of processed glucose, and increases the value of by-products. In addition, compared with corn wet sugar-making, it can significantly reduce investment and operating costs. The factory building area is 40% less than that of traditional wet sugar-making, and the production and operation costs are reduced by 50%. At the same time, there is no sewage or peculiar smell, making it a model of green and lean production.

The two star products, the Intelligent Instant Continuous Sterilizer and the Intelligent Automatic Cleaning Machine, once again appeared at the Jinan Fermentation Exhibition, bringing everyone a more intelligent, worry-free and energy-saving new experience.

The Intelligent Instant Continuous Sterilizer is a sterilization equipment based on the principle of short-time high-temperature sterilization. It makes full use of the latent heat of steam and achieves pure countercurrent heat exchange through a new type of heat exchanger. Its sterility rate is as high as 99.99%, saving more than 70% of steam and 90% of cooling water. It is widely used in industries such as fermentation pharmaceuticals, amino acids, enzyme preparations, wastewater inactivation, and food and beverages. The intelligent automatic cleaning machine is a high-pressure automatic cleaning device widely used for 360° dead-angle-free cleaning inside fermentation tanks and reaction kettles. It has advantages such as high cleaning efficiency, safety and reliability, and avoids many potential safety hazards caused by workers entering the tanks. It is widely used in industries such as biomedicine, biological materials, medical aesthetics, new energy, and natural health products.
