Recently, TIANS Group successfully signed the contract for the 600,000-ton corn deep processing project of Kekedala Jinhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Established in May 2024, Kekedala Jinhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a secondary enterprise fully invested by Zhaoqing Xinghu Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a listed company under the Guangdong Provincial State-owned Enterprise Guangxin Group. The 600,000-ton corn deep processing and supporting cogeneration project of Jinhai Bio is located in the Kekedala Economic and Technological Development Zone in Xinjiang, covering an area of 776 acres. It is scheduled to commence operation in November 2025. Upon completion, the project is expected to achieve an annual production of 115,000 tons of minor amino acids, generate sales revenue of 3.4 billion rmb, and create employment for approximately 1,000 people.

After intense competition, the Synthetic Biology and Dry Sugar-Making Division of TIANS Group fully leveraged its strengths in design optimization and process technology. By presenting detailed 3D optimized design solutions and an efficient fully automated fermentation design concept, it successfully won the bid. The division will provide a series of professional services for the project, including electromechanical installation and the procurement of packaged instrumentation equipment for the first amino acid fermentation workshop and the second fermentation workshop.
