On October 12, the signing ceremony for the cooperative framework agreement on the planning and construction of the Zoucheng Synthetic Biology Industrial Park between TIANS Group and the Zoucheng Municipal People's Government was held at the TIANS headquarters. A delegation of 13 officials, including Liu Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Zoucheng Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, and Zhang Xin'an, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Head of the Organization Department, attended the ceremony. They were joined by representatives from TIANS Group, including Chairman Liu Jintao, Chief Technology Officer Dr. Chen Ping, and Vice President Wang Liang. This signing marks the entry of bilateral cooperation into a substantive implementation phase.

Liu Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Zoucheng Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, expressed high recognition for TIANS Group's professional capabilities in industrial park development and operation. He stated that both sides should closely cooperate and integrate resources to jointly promote the high-quality construction of the synthetic biology industrial park, injecting new momentum into the industrial structure upgrading and regional economic development of Zoucheng City.

Liu Jintao, Chairman of TIANS Group, stated that TIANS will fully leverage its experience in overall park planning, industrial operation, and project management. By combining Zoucheng City's advantages in location and transportation, industrial foundation, and policy support, TIANS will systematically advance the planning, construction, and subsequent operation of the synthetic biology industrial park.
