Product introduction: It covers an area of 35 Mu and invests 100 million yuan. The scale of the project reaches 2000m3/d. The main process of "coagulation precipitation + hydrolytic acidification +Anaerobic + AO + MBR + ozone catalytic oxidation advanced treatment" was adopted, and the process of "NF+RO+DTRO" was adopted in their claimed water reuse part.

Treatment effect: After the main process treatment, the COD of the wastewater should be less than 120 mg / L, and the indexes such as ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen should reach the first-grade A standard, realizing the first-grade A standard straight discharge and zero discharge reuse of chemical synthesis pharmaceutical wastewater.

Product introduction: The main process is as follows: "hydrolytic acidification + Anaerobic + two-stage AO + flocculation sedimentation". The treatment capacity is 5000 m3 / d.

Treatment effect: After treated by main process, COD of wastewater is less than 300mg / L, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus meet the standard of wastewater discharge and connection.

Project introduction: Covers an area of 24 mu and invests about 80 million yuan. The main process is “pretreatment + anaerobic + AO + MBR + ozone catalytic oxidation + biological contact oxidation”, and the desalination process is “UF + RO + DTRO + three-effect evaporation”.

Treatment effect : COD < 300mg/L, total nitrogen < 50mg/L, total phosphorus < 3mg/L, total salt < 2000mg/L, meeting the acceptance standards of the park sewage station.

Project introduction:326 mu of land is planned, with a pre-investment of nearly 1 billion and an annual output of 200 tons of API.VOCs waste gas treatment adopts the main process of "single cylinder multi-valve RTO + activated carbon adsorption auxiliary system + alkali washing circulation auxiliary system + chimney".

Waste gas treatment capacity 30000 Nm3 / h.

Treatment effect: The concentration of waste gas is 3000 mg / m3, and the removal efficiency of waste gas is more than 99%. Finally, the ultra-low emission standard of 30mg / m3 is achieved.

Product introduction:The waste gas treatment adopts the main process of "acid and alkali spray washing + pretreatment dedusting, dehumidification, temperature increase + molecular sieve concentration + incineration".

Treatment effect:The total gas treatment capacity is 360000 Nm3/h.

VOCs removal rate ≥ 90%, odor concentration after treatment < 500 (dimensionless), concentration multiple ≈ 10 times.

Project introduction: Covering an area of 20 mu, with an investment of about 75 million yuan, this project is a zero-discharge sewage project. The process adopts multi-effect evaporation (including drying)+ hydrolytic acidification +AO+MBR+ ozone catalytic oxidation + dosing softening + filtration + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis + high pressure reverse osmosis + three-effect evaporation treatment process  
Treatment effect: COD<25mg/L, ammonia < 1.5mg/L, TDS < 800mg/L, the water quality meets the requirements of circulating water refill and boiler water quality.

Project Introduction: This set of RTO treatment air volumes is 30000Nm3/h, which is used for the centralized treatment of tail gas collection in 4 workshops and sewage stations of the whole plant.

Treatment effect: RTO has been running stably so far, maintaining VOCs treatment rate above 99.5%.
