Recently, the China Pharmaceutical Engineering Design Association announced the selection results of the "2023 Annual Excellent Pharmaceutical Engineering Design Projects in China". Forty high-quality pharmaceutical industry design projects from major domestic design institutes won awards. Among them, two projects designed by TIANS Group, namely the Generic Drug Industrialization Project of Inner Mongolia Kangpu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and the Cephalosporin Preparation Workshop 2# of Qilu Antai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Preparation Park Construction Project (Phase I), won the second prize. Two Projects of TIANS Group Won the Second Prize in the 2023 Annual Excellent Pharmaceutical Engineering Design Projects in China

The Generic Drug Industrialization Project of Inner Mongolia Kangpu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is located in the Economic Transformation and Development Zone for Resource-based Cities in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, with a total planned construction area of 39,631.32 square meters. The project is designed in accordance with the principles of advancement, scalability, and green environmental protection. Firstly, the general layout of the factory area is reasonably arranged to shorten the transportation distance between upstream and downstream or related production units. At the same time, a full understanding of Chifeng's geographical location, climate, hydrology and other characteristics is gained, and targeted unified technical measures for construction drawing design and design schemes suitable for the actual situation of the project are formulated. In terms of process design, a series of innovative designs have significantly improved the reaction yield; in terms of heating, ventilation, electrical engineering, architecture, and three wastes treatment, full consideration is given to green energy conservation and environmental protection to reduce operational energy consumption and achieve lean design.

The Cephalosporin Preparation Workshop 2# of Qilu Antai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Preparation Park Construction Project (Phase I) has an annual output of 240 tons of cephalosporin freeze-dried raw materials, 174 million cephalosporin freeze-dried powder injections, and 18.75 million cephalosporin powder injections. During the design process, TIANS fully explored the potential needs of users and paid attention to future development trends. It applied many independently developed achievements or advanced technologies at home and abroad, such as full-process automated production, diversified utilization of production wastewater, energy-saving and consumption-reducing technology for air conditioning systems, interlocking control node technology, and batch formula control technology (Batch), providing customers with forward-looking design solutions and gaining high recognition from customers.
