Dr. Xue Long is a renowned fine chemicals consulting and planning expert in China, holding the titles of Senior Engineer (Professor Level) and Certified Safety Engineer. He also serves as an External Part-time Professional Degree Master's Supervisor at Chang'an University. With extensive design and management experience in fields such as chemical pharmaceutical raw materials, fluorine-containing fine chemicals, wet electronic chemicals, lithium batteries, and semiconductors, he has led or participated in numerous major projects for clients including Juhua Group, Hubei Yihua, Hisun Pharmaceutical, and Baiyin Zhongtian Chemical. He has received multiple honors, such as the First Prize for Excellent Engineering Consulting Achievements in the Light Industry and the QC Group Award from the Hebei Provincial Survey, Design and Consulting Association. Dr. Xue has undertaken nine provincial and municipal research projects and holds five invention patents along with 23 utility model patents.

Dr. Zhao Zhi is a seasoned fine chemicals process design expert in China, holding the titles of Senior Engineer, Certified Chemical Engineer, and Certified Power Engineer. With over a decade of dedication to the industrial conversion of advanced fine chemical products, he possesses deep expertise in specialized segments including fluorine chemical engineering, new energy materials, coal chemical engineering, and chemical pharmaceutical raw materials. Leveraging his profound professional experience, he has published multiple technical papers such as "Discussion and Analysis on the Rationality of Process Pipeline Design in Petrochemical Plants" and "Selection of Pipeline Materials in Chemical Design." Dr. Zhao has been awarded several China Pharmaceutical Engineering Design Excellence Project prizes and holds nine utility model patents.
